<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="fr">La thérapie photodynamique (PDT) est un traitement anticancéreux et antimicrobien qui résulte d’une réaction photo-déclenchée entre un photosensibilisateur (PS) et l’oxygène moléculaire (3O2). Le premier chapitre de cette thèse décrit la synthèse et la caractérisation photophysique des complexes de bore BF2-DIPYR afin d’établir une relation structure-propriété en vue de leur utilisation comme PS pour la PDT. La recherche synthétique sur les BF2-DIPYR a mené à l’obtention d’une famille de dérivés de triazolopyridine, dont la synthèse ainsi que leurs propriétés émissives en solution et à l’état solide sont détaillées dans le deuxième chapitre. Enfin, la troisième partie de cette thèse expose la synthèse de PS inspirés de la structure des BODIPY pour l’élaboration d’une plateforme multimodale pour la PDT.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract xml:lang="en">Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is an anticancer and antimicrobial treatment resulting from the reaction between a photosensitizer (PS) and molecular oxygen (3O2) under light irradiation. The first chapter of this Ph.D. thesis focuses on the synthesis and the photophysical characterization of the boron complexes BF2-DIPYR to establish a structure-property relationship and towards their potential use as PS agents in PDT. The study on the BF2-DIPYR led to the obtention of a family of triazolopyridine, whose synthesis as well as their emissive properties in solution and at solid state are detailed in the second chapter. Finally, the third part describes the synthesis of BODIPY-based PS toward the development of a multimodal platform for PDT.</dcterms:abstract>
